Micro-CT Tumor Imaging
Image shows Mvivo™ Au nanoparticle uptake in brain tumor following IV injection (dose of 0.1 ml per 20 grams) into a NUDE mouse glioblastoma tumor transplant model established with injection of U251 stem cells. The blood pool contrast agent diffuses into extracellular space and enables longitudinal micro-CT imaging of tumor after a single injection. Image courtesy of CROmed.
