Imalytics Preclinical

Imalytics Preclinical is a leading software for analysis of volumetric data sets obtained in biomedical research settings.  It’s interactive features enable a combination of automation and user defined parameters for segmenting volumetric data sets obtained from preclinical imaging modalities. Such an interactive approach enables quantification and co-registration of volumetric data obtained from different imaging modalities such as CT, MRI, PET, SPECT and Optical Imaging. Imalytics has been used for image analysis in over 80 scientific publications.
