Imalytics Preclinical

Imalytics Preclinical (Gremse-IT GmbH, Aachen, Germany), a leading software for analysis and quantification of volumetric data sets obtained from preclinical micro-CT, SPECT-CT, PET-CT or MRI systems.  The GPU accelerated software allows for interactive segmentation, reconstruction, 3D-visualization, volume data fusion from multiple modalities and is also suitable for analysis of time series data from 2D, 3D and 4D dynamic images from ultrasound (US), bioluminescence, and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) systems. Imalytics has been used for image analysis in over 80 scientific publications.
