LED Light Phantom for Bioluminescence

The first commercially available LED phantom for characterizing the sensitivity of bioluminescent in vivo imaging at 560 nm and 735 nm. The phantom was designed to fit multiple neutral density (ND) filters from Edmund optics for characterizing the sensitivity of bioluminescent imaging systems.

Other wavelengths are available upon request. 

The left image shows LED light in PRISM imaging system with ND filter on it. The images to right were acquired with 5 seconds exposure and stack of ND 6 and ND 3 filters to generate low light conditions. The SNR of market leader was found to be 0.6202 compared to 1.1553 for the PRISM in vivo imaging system which uses HNü 512 photon counting camera from Nüvü.
